I'm just curious as to how many calories I eat. Here's everything I ate today:
Breakfast #1:
- Whole wheat sourdough pancakes
- 2/3 cup pineapple
- peach preserves
- iced coffee
Breakfast #2:
- 2 slices French toast w/ agave nectar
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- peach preserves
Lunch:
- quarter lb. burger on challah bun with arugula, tomato, blue cheese, grilled onion
- spinach salad (spinach, tomato, artichoke, capers, vinaigrette)
Dinner:
- 4 potstickers
- 3 wontons
- 1 Chinese chive turnover
- Sriracha sauce
- beer (New Belgium Trippel)
I tallied up the calories on loseit.com and everything totaled about 2,600 calories. I had to guestimate on a few things since the potstickers, wontons, and turnover were homemade. According to a few sources, I should be eating around 2,200- 2,600 calories a day for my height, weight, and activity level. Hooray, I ate enough today :)
